After producing mega-hits for the likes of The Game, Chamillionaire, Rick Ross and Lil Wayne, Cool & Dre are going the label executive route. Their newly launched label, Epidemic Music, have announced a partnership with Skeleton Key Entertainment and will release the debut album of their first artist Miami emcee Joe Hound.
"Joe Hound captures the Miami sound that we’ve worked hard to develop. He has the potential to be at the forefront of a musical movement for Miami," Cool said. "We believe that the industry is changing and that the best way to introduce Joe to the masses is through an independent company like Skeleton Key that understands our vision and supports what we are trying to achieve,” Dre added.
Hound’s debut album will drop in early 2007 mostly produced by Cool & Dre. Also expect to hear newly produced tracks from Young Jeezy, Eve, Keyshia Cole and Chris Brown in next few months.
