With all of the talent emerging from Florida, it’s difficult to discern which artists will rise and stand the test of time. Dee Watkins, born and raised in Jacksonville, certainly makes a strong case to be the next. His latest project, “Problem Child 3,” is fantastic from start to finish. Across various types of production, his soulful voice remains the constant variable, guiding each track with poise and confidence.
