So much for that alleged beef, huh?

During a night that featured appearances from TLC, Ma$e, Diddy, Lil Wayne, Big Sean, J. Cole, Wale, A$AP Rocky and French Montana, Drake still managed to save the best surprise for last.

The Toronto MC took the 4th Annual OVO Fest to unforeseen heights by bringing out Kanye West to perform “New Slaves,” “All Of The Lights,” and “Can’t Tell Me Nothing.”

Hip-hop history was truly made on the Molson Ampitheatre stage Monday night as it appears that two of the biggest names in the game unofficially put the kibosh on their years of tossing subliminal shots at each other in their verses.

The bromance got real as Drake told the thousands in attendance that he wouldn’t be rapping if it wasn’t for Kanye. ‘Ye responded by revealing that Watch The Throne wouldn’t have happened if it wasn’t for the pressure Drake applied on him and Hov. Nothing like some healthy competition.

Good to see that these two have buried the apparent hatchet. Hopefully this will open the door for more future collaborations between the two. Hip-hop deserves that.
