But before they left, Beyonce herself showed up at the hospital to apologize for the mishap, and spend a little bit of time with the fans.
“She was just very concerned about the people injured in the audience,” Darryl Williams, head nurse at the hospital, told the Missourian newspaper. “It was unannounced and we kept it very low-key so that she could spend time with them. I just thought it was a great thing for someone of her stature to do.”
Williams said that Beyonce kicked it with the fans for about 45 minutes before she had to bounce for the next city on her tour. Is it worth it to get burned to chill with Beyonce?
