While Foxy is setting in a cell at Rikers Island, thinking about her choices in life, her single “When the Lights Go Out” is slowly making its way up urban radio charts and getting some burn in the clubs. To let the single marinate a little longer, Koch Records have decided to push the album, “Brooklyn’s Don Diva” back until February 5, 2008. It was originally slated to drop on November 20.

While “When the Lights Go Out” is the commercial/club track, Foxy has also been floating around the more street tinged, “We Don’t Surrender” featuring Grafh, as the new single from the album. At her website, FreeFoxyBrown.com, you can listen to both tracks as well as “Mister DJ” featuring Barrington Levy.
