Foxy’s Early Release Request Denied

A judge has denied Foxy (Inga Marchand) early release request.  She requested the release in order to travel to California tfor ear treatment.  Foxy’s lawyer argued that a California clinic could treat her ear properly, while the prosecution argued that she could find the same treatment in New York.
