Rapper Guerilla Black was recently arrested for stealing thousands of credit and debit card numbers as part of a computer hacking ring in Seattle. The U.S. Attorney’s Office claims that the ring stole from two businesses located in Seattle: a restaurant in Magnolia and a restaurant supply company in Shoreline.
To get into specifics, Guerilla had stole 27,257 credit card numbers between January 11, 2011 and February 26, 2012. $150,000 of fraud loss has already been attributed to 134 of those cards. It’s safe to say, Black doesn’t have a bright future ahead of him.
