Janet’s last album, “20 Y.O.”, actually wasn’t too bad, but apparently her former label, Virgin Records, wasn’t feeling it and dropped the ball on the project and it went wood. Now Janet is chillin’ with Def Jam and announced that her new album, “Discipline,” on February 26. The album will feature production from Jermaine Dupri, Ne-Yo, Stargate (Beyonce’s “Irreplacable”), Tricky Stewart (Rihanna’s “Umbrella”), and The Dream.

The album first single, “Feedback,” is produced by Rodney Jerkins and will hit radio on January 7. There’s no word if long-time Janet producers Jimmy Jam and Terry Lewis will be contributing to the new album.
