Joss Stone is already widely known as a singing prodigy within the industry but mainstream success still eludes her. With her new album, Introducing Joss Stone, she hooked up with Raphael Saadiq who produced most of the album. Although the project is short of guests, all she needs is Lauryn Hill and Common to contribute a verse or two.
The album was co-written by Stone and will hit stores on March 20 with the first single, “Tell Me Bout It”, already making rotations.
"It’s the first album that is truly me," Stone said. "These are my words, and this is who I am as an artist."
