Will someone please explain to me just why Katt Williams has to roll to the damn Carnegie Hall in NYC with three guns in his possession encouraging another arrest? The comedian who was replaced at this years BET Awards by T Pain who took on the role of Master of Ceremonies was arrested for the same offence last year.Anyhow Katt was released and the show went on at Carnegie Hall after bail was posted.
