Lil Wayne was scheduled to perform at the Laredo Entertainment Center in Laredo, TX on Friday, but after Wayne’s run-in with the U.S. Border Patrol on the way to the show, his performance was canceled!!
But what makes it even worse is the promoters weren’t even contacted by Lil’ Wayne’s reps about the cancellation!!
The Laredo Entertainment Center was forced to cancel the show after they waited and waited and finally realized Wayne was a no-show!
Reps for the venue described the crowd as “not very happy” once they realized the hip-hop star wouldn’t be showing up, but that they fully expect Lil’ Wayne to schedule a make-up show in the near future.
