Lil Wayne To Star In “The Patriots” Movie

      Lil Wayne has signed on to play a basketball star alongside Oscar-winning actor Forest Whitaker in the new film The Patriots.

      The Patriots is about a basketball team that was assembled of players, who attended five different high schools before Hurricane Katrina devastated the city of New Orleans. Lil Wayne has been tapped to play a character named “Lamont,” a student of Al Collins High School who is skeptical of the newly formed team.
