Brooklyn rap group M.O.P. is searching for a new label home.
Billy Danze and Lil’ Fame, M.O.P. has yet to attain the commercial success that would match the loyal fan following they’ve garnered since their 1994 debut To The Death. Their most successful album to date was Warriorz, released in 2000 on Loud Records and despite the popularity of the two singles from that album, "Ante Up," and "Cold As Ice," Warriorz has yet to break the 500,000 records sold mark.
M.O.P. manager, Laze Elliot, told AHH "As soon as I lock down the new situation, it will be official," adding that the terms were definitely “amicable.”
