New Music: Octave Minds – “Tap Dance” Feat. Chance The Rapper & The Social Experiment

This is too much. Not in a bad way either. Musical duo Octave Minds, a hybrid of Boyz Noise and Chilly Gonzales’s instrumental work, gave Chance the right backdrop to caterwaul all crazy on a song. Chance proves he too is a piano — melody and percussion as a fierce two-for-one. Between this piece and the new Arthur theme, Chance The Rapper may be hip hop’s best new theme songwriter.
