N.O.R.E. Calls It Quits With Capone

After fifteen plus years in the game together, Capone-N-Noreaga are no more as N.O.R.E. initiated the break up with partner Capone in order to focus on his solo career. This is what he had to say regarding the split. Spotted at RR.

Diddy my homey can’t and would never diss him but he was known for anthems and hits it’s safe to say Khaled has been upholding that area.

CNN was a great group. Time has changed I must move on. Doesn’t it hurt to watch a boxer still box when he’s heart isn’t in it that’s what the group feels like right now.

And as an added bonus to the aforementioned project N.O.R.E. is hitting ya'll with that new ish via solo effort. I don't know about you but I really, really want Slim Season. The forthcoming, delayed Young Thug project. But while I wait for that to (hopefully) see the light of day, New York rap legend teams up with Harlem's A$AP Ferg for "Slime Season," a track that clearly is a play on Thug's project.
