CEO/co-founder of Ruff Ryders Darrin “Dee” Dean was indicted on drugs and weapons charges last week. The charges stemmed from Dean’s arrest on May 31 during a routine traffic stop. The Palisades Interstate parkway police cuffed Darrin Dean and his driver after discovering 1½ kilos of cocaine and a loaded .45 caliber handgun concealed in a customized floor compartment of their Chevy van.

Dean and his accomplice were both slapped with possession of a handgun and various drug-related charges, including possession of cocaine, and possession of cocaine with intent to distribute.

If convicted Dean could face up to 20 years behind the slammer.
