Shaq Is About That Thug Life?

This week kicked off with an interesting, but not-so-startling lawsuit, against Shaquille O’Neal. A former friend, by the name of Robert Ross, is suing him for being such a demanding friend. No… seriously! Ross claims that Shaq had “requested and directed” him to commit a few murders: including a gang-member, his pregnant ex-girlfriend, an NBA player and record producer.

Ross is also claiming that Shaq was the mastermind behind his 2008 kidnapping and in the lawsuit (provided by TMZ) that operation included hiring people to commit murders and brutal attacks.

According to the lawsuit:

For many years O’Neal requested and directed [Ross] to perform many personal favors and directed him to perform various tasks including, but not limited to: ordering [Ross] to kill a member of the Downtown Gangster Crips who had disrespected O’Neal in front of his wife Shaunie….  [Also] an order to kill a woman whom O’Neal had impregnated and paid for her abortion…. an order to kill a renown record producer … [And] an order to break an NBA player’s shooting arm.

Now normally I would be on the fence about claims like these, but previous events show (according to NecoleBitchie) that Shaq may (REALLY!) be a psychotic individual. In 2008, an Atlanta rapper Mary Jane put a restraining order against Shaq after their relationship came to an end. An angry Shaq sent a threatening and misspelled text message that read: “I dnt no who the fuk u think u dealin wit u will neva be heard from one phone call is all I gotta make no try me. Sho me.”

And I’m sure we’re more familiar with the incident in 2010, when Shaq’s former IT guy filed a suit against him claiming that he hacked into his computer to destroy incriminating evidence (of hacking into the emails and computers of ex-flames such as Mary Jane and mistress Vanessa Lopez) and downloaded tons of child porn in order to frame him. Shaq has been allegedly doing some suspect things out of anger… so I can’t say I’d put it past him.
