Lil Pump makes a cameo.
Smokepurpp is having himself a moment. The Florida new-wave rapper has quickly ascended into one of SoundCloud’s most popular MCs, earning him multiple co-signs, as well as official signings—he’s currently signed to Alamo Records and Travis Scott’s Cactus Jack Records. On September 29th, he released his debut project, Deadstar, and today, he debuted the video for one of the album cuts, “Phantom”.
At only two-minutes long, this song and video pack in a lot. A deafening instrumental sets the energetic, party-centric tone, which accents Purpp’s envious flexing. Hanging out in drop-top Porches, Rolls Royces, and, of course, Phatoms, Purpp is showcasing his wealth and wins. Frequent collaborator and friend, Lil Pump, makes a cameo in the video as well.
