C-Murder was ordered by a Judge yesterday to stay locked up after violating the conditions of his house arrest. C- Murder born Corey Miller, the younger brother of Master P is waiting for a retrial for a fatal shooting which killed a 16 year old back in 2002. C-Murder was actually convicted for the murder of Steven Thomas outside a club in Louisiana but due to the prosecution withholding information on key witnesses in the trial and was then granted bail of $500,000 and ordered to be kept under house arrest while waiting a re-trial.
Due to failing to abide by the laws imposed while under house arrest, he will now reside in jail or pay a further $500,000 bail.
The home monitoring devices which C-Murder has been wearing during his house arrest had already been considered inconsistent by the same Judge last week but upon studying the times when C-Murder was alleged to have strayed beyond the reach for the monitoring unit, the Judge had no other alternative but to lock the rapper up again.
