I don't think I'm in the minority of hip-hop heads when I admit that the first time I heard Lecrae was on "Live & Let Live" off Statik Selektah's latest album, Population Control. I mean I was aware of the numbers that Lecrae was putting up, but I had no real interest in checking him out due to his niche in the Christian rap genre.
