In case you haven't heard, "Tuesday," the song that dominated your various social networking feeds over the year was nominated for a Best Rap/Sung Collaboration Grammy. And to celebrate iLoveMakonnen appeared on The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon on Tuesday to perform "Tuesday." How fitting. Peep Makonnen's live performance after the jump.
