Mark your calendars hip-hop aficionados because Royce Da 5'9" and DJ Premier have joined forces to drop PRhyme, a collaborative project due out December 9th. Initially conceived as a project between Slaughterhouse and Preem, Royce continued working with the legendary Gang Starr producer when the project fell apart. What started out as an EP developed into a full album featuring artists the likes of Schoolboy Q, Mac Miller, Common, Killer Mike, and Jay Electronica. You can listen to the first two tracks "Intro" and "Courtesy" after the jump.

Son of Greg is a thoughtful story about the origins of Royce and his current concerns. But the video, amusingly, features interludes wherein Jalen Rose (Nickel Nine's buddy?) talking to Joe Budden about his prep for the soon-to-be legendary battle with Hollow Da Don. Joe seems confident and ready with his Slaughterhouse friends backing him all the way.

New Music: Trick Trick – “Twerk That, Pop That” Feat. Eminem & Royce Da 5’9

The reason I think Trick Trick possibly threatened Eminem and Royce to be on this track is inconsequential. But let's just recognize that they don't belong on a twerking song with him, that their verses sound like they were applied without knowing what the beat was and that Trick Trick only fits with these lyrical giants geographically and not in terms of talent. Anyway, twerk that, pop that after the jump.
