Get this: Kendrick Lamar's long-awaited, highly-anticipated followup to his 2012 breakthrough album good kid, m.A.A.d city, To Pimp a Butterfly will be out in roughly ten days! And so far the rollout has been pretty swift; from "i," to "The Blacker the Berry," an intense performance on The Colbert Report, and the ultimate unveiling of the album title and artwork. It's all starting to come together. And now it looks like we are being treated to the much-talked about but shrouded in mystery track "King Kunta." "King Kunta" finds K-Dot in a similiar lane as "i" with its funky musical backdrop and live instrumentation. The track, however, has K-Dot doing a little bit more with the lyrical content, going in on racial themes and black empowerment. It's certainly no surprise that Pharrell has called the song "so unapologetically black." Go ahead and listen to it yourself after the jump!

New Music: Flatbush ZOMBiES – “Redeye to Paris” feat. Skepta

UK grime artist Skepta has been generating some hype over the last few months, despite being active within the UK scene for over the last ten years. With a Drake shoutout and Kanye West's "All Day" performance (in which Ye gives Skepta a shoutout as well) the 32-year-old veteran is finally getting that much needed (and deserved) recognition. Thankfully Brooklyn's Flathbush ZOMBiES aren't ignorant and have certainly been paying close attention to the UK grime scene as they have Skepta join them for "Redeye to Paris." This track goes and we hope our American readers will check out some more Skepta material after hearing this. Check out "Redeye to Paris" after the jump.

Does anyone know exactly what the current situation is with Ohio rapper Machine Gun Kelly? After dropping Lace Up in 2012 he's become quite the reclusive, dropping only a handful of music since. He released his eight mixtape Black Flag in 2013 and hasn't done much in the way of projects. Is he still on Bad Boy? Is he even rapping anymore? MGK looks to answer those questions in 2015 as he drops "Against the World," a new single. Check it out after the jump.

If you've been reading iHipHop long enough then you're certainly no stranger to my support for Miami rapper Denzel Curry. I've countlessly praised this 20-year-old ever since I was introduced to him via SpaceGhostPuurp's Raider Klan group. When Curry dropped his debut full length album Nostalgic 64 back in 2013 my interest in his music grew tenfold and although he's dropped some gems since then with tracks like "Feel Like That," "Certified," and "Ultimate" Curry has yet to put out a full-bodied work like Nostalgic 64. But that appears to be ending this coming May 26th when he's set to drop his double EP entitled 32 Zel / Planet Shrooms. Needless to say I am hyped and after hearing "Envy Me," the first official preview of the forthcoming double EP, I am definitely going to be incessantly staring at my calendar waiting for that date to finally arrive. Anyway, peep "Envy Me" after the jump!
