Philadelphia collective The Roots were involved in a serious road accident on Wednesday night as they traveled to Paris to play their set on Kanye’s Glow in the Dark tour. No-one was seriously injured after the groups tour bus was forced to do a 360 on a Paris highway after a truck collided with them.
The Roots founder, ?uestlove posted various blogs on his okayplayer site about the accident and also informed fans that a few people had suffered scratches and we wearing neck braces. This comes just a week after the group who spend close to two thirds of the year on the road announced their retirement as of next year.
