Performing cuts from Flower Boy.

NPR’s Tiny Desk Concert series has become home to some of the industry’s most intimate, interesting performances. With an eclectic guest list, these listening sessions offer a personal connection from the artist to the fans by stripping away the tropes of conventional concerts: deafening speakers, rowdy fans, poor view of the artist. Most recently, Tyler, The Creator took his talents to the tiny desk to perform cuts from his album, Flower Boy.

Performing renditions of “See You Again”, “Boredom”, and “Glitter”, Tyler displayed his heightened artistic abilities by simultaneously playing the piano, alongside a live band, along with singing/rapping live. Flower Boy is one of Tyler’s most encompassing musical offerings to date, making it a prime candidate for the intimate live setting.
