Video: Nicki Minaj Snaps at the VMAs; Throws Shots at Miley Cyrus
11 years ago 859,419
During her acceptance speech for "Anaconda" (it received the Best Hip-Hop Video Award, for some odd reason?) Nicki Minaj took issue with host Miley Cyrus, who had some choice words for Nicki in an interview with The New York Times. Nicki used her time on stage to throw some shots back at Miley. "And now, back to this b***h who had a lot to say about me the other day in the press. Miley, what's good?" she sneered. Miley attempted to say her comments were taken out of context, but Nicki wasn't having it. Check out the full video after the jump.
Video: Peep the 2014 BET Hip Hop Awards Performances Feat. T.I., Young Thug, Migos, & Bobby Shmurda

The 2014 BET Hip Hop Awards have wrapped up and though we're sure you'd rather be watching the cyphers the live performances aren't that bad. And this year BET brought out the big guns of the modern era, including Bobby Shmurda, Young Thug, Rich Homie Quan, and Migos. Perhaps the biggest takeaway during this was that the young stalwart from the ghettos of East NY, Brooklyn Bobby Shmurda closed the event with his hit single "Hot N***a", an incredible feat for someone who literally blew up over the summertime. Check out the live videos after the jump.
Video: Freddie Gibbs – Tim Westwood Freestyle

Homicidal. Freddie Gibbs with no regard for human life on these Drake/40 specials. His flow alone is a song but he so carefully chooses when to deploy it that it's still a Best Kept Secret for the Gary Gravedigger. Freestyle session after the jump.
Looks Like Hip-Hop Won The VMAs For All Time

Bey-Z rises from the rubble unscathed. Amber Rose pulls a J-Lo with her almost-not-a-dress. Nicki pulls her dress together by seams. RiFF RaFF, Katy Perry and Taylor Swift play their positions clumsily and look really and truly not cool bruh. Check the pics and videos after the jump.

A video that convinces me Ty Dolla $ign eats the breakfast sampler in the strip club. On 2Chainz's running tab. We'll give you three guesses why this is Not Safe For Work. If you need two, go click after the jump.
Video: Pharrell – “Come Get It Bae” Feat. Miley Cyrus

Never let it be said (again) that the musical-genius-vampire-ageless-low-key-Asian-man that is Pharrell doesn't create ethnically diverse videos. After the humdrum about "Blurred Lines" not featuring enough women of multiple shades, he releases this. Miley Cyrus feature notwithstanding, this might be his most diverse display of beauties since his and Snoop's "Beautiful" way back in the early 2000s. Check the rainbow colored visuals after the jump.
Video: Wu-Tang Clan – “Y’all Been Warned” (Previously Unreleased Video)

Sugar Factory Films takes it back to 2001 by unveiling the previously unreleased video for "Y'all Been Warned" from the Clan's album Iron Flag. While not a spectacular video itself, it's great that this visual has seen the light of day as I'm a big fan of the immensely underrated Iron Flag.
