After celebrating the release of his watershed major label debut album, Let's Get It: Thug Motivation 101, over ten years ago -- Jeezy has announced a new album that will drop later this year. So far the album doesn't have a title, although it will drop in November (the 13th is the date being passed around right now) and he's sharing its first single in "GOD." The recent situation between Young Thug and Lil Wayne is escalating albeit in a confusing manner. Here's the breakdown: Lil Wayne doesn't want to be part of Birdman's YMCMB, Wayne's highly-anticipated studio album Tha Carter V is put on hold, Young Thug is putting out his debut album entitled Carter 6 in tribute to Wayne, Wayne doesn't like it and calls out Thug, Thug responds by saying he doesn't want any problems and reiterates that the newly titled Barter 6 is a tribute to Wayne. DJ Kay Slay has a new mixtape on the way entitled The Industry Purge and he's teasing the project with some serious heat. "Memories," a track which is set to appear on the forthcoming mixtape (dropping later tonight, so keep your ears open) features some heavy hitters in Young Buck, Freeway and Fame.
