I mean it shouldn’t come as news that Hov is expanding his brands in order to make more money.   The only thing that could backfire is when you franchise something like this it eliminates the “trendiness” of the brand which may not matter but could kill the 40/40’s relevancy in places like NYC.  Not that it’s particularly trendy right now, so what do they really have to lose?  According to ahh:
