Looks like Katt Williams is a lil out of sorts after being evaluated for mental health issues. It is unsure if the comedienne has been institutionalized after family members took him to a doctor due to extreme strange behavior displayed by him over the last few weeks. After being evaluated he was then transported to a local hospital by the police.
