So Waka is claiming that he reads on twitter.  I can’t confirm that Waka is indeed literate, but judging on the subject matter of the book it does look like something he would read.

In all seriousness I looked up the book online and it actually looks really intersting.  Plus the reality of the situation is that I think Waka is actually really smart and knows exactly what he is doing.
