The title is a little sensationalized, but that’s kind of what RZA did.  However he does articulate his points in a manner that causes you to respect his opinion.  I think he may take it a little far by saying that people from the south aren’t as evolved though.  Or is he just saying what people think? This is all stemming from the whole Jay Electronica vs NY Heads shenanigans.
