T.I. Out of Jail; Moved To Halfway House In Atlanta

I guess there are such things as halfway crooks.  T.I. was released out of Federal prison today and returned to Atlanta to finish the remainder of his sentence at a halfway house near the airport (probably College Park!).  The halfway house isn’t exactly freedom, but he will be able to work during the day and will have a curfew.  He will also have more access to visit his family as well.
