Was Nicki Minaj Lip Syncing At The BET Awards?

I didn’t watch the BET awards, but some people were saying Nicki was lip syncing (what’s the point of lip syncing raps).  However Nicki went to twitter to dispel the rumors.  I guess it was just some technical difficulties.
