iHipHop Admin50 Cent, aka Curtis Jackson, is suing Shaniqua Tompkins, for defamation of character after she made several public comments to the press accusing 50 of torching the Dix Hill, Long Island home they’ve spent months arguing over.

Mr. Jackson alleges that Shaniqua has also failed to let Marquise speak with his father since the fire. "failed and refused to give the cell phone to Marquise,"
Mr. Kimmel is due in court tomorrow for a hearing on this matter.
