R.I.P. Jam Master Jay

Today marks the sixth year anniverasry of the slaying of one of our greats, DJ Jam Master Jay.  To date, no one still has been brought to justice for his murder. We should all take time out to honor his memory and all of the contributions he made to Hip-Hop.  From being in the greatest group of all time (RUN DMC) to discovering one of the biggest stars of today (50 Cent), his legacy is living on through all of us.

Although 50 Cent's The Kanan Tape was scheduled for delivery on Thanksgiving, it's now looking to be officially released on December 9th -- he promises. To hold eager fans over, 50 is sharing a track from the forthcoming, long-gestating tape, and it's a goodie. Linking up with forward-thinking Atlanta producer Sonny Digital -- whose responsibile for a slew of exciting rap production -- 50 Cent is claiming, once more, that he's indeed "the man".
