Artist To Watch: Shaybo

Shaybo is quickly on her way to dominating the London drill scene with her hard hitting lyricism and expressive flow. The self proclaimed “Queen of the South” was born in Nigeria and moved to London as a child, but her Nigerian heritage can be heard through her music. 

Authenticity is the word that first comes to mind when I hear Shaybo’s name. Although we only have a handful of singles from the artist right now, it is clear from these alone that Shaybo brings an exciting new voice to the rap game. Her debut EP, “Queen Of The South” was originally set to release in 2020 but was pushed back due to the pandemic. Currently we don’t know the new release date but we know that the EP will feature a range of music styles and touch on some deeper issues as well.

New Music: Lil Durk – “Decline” feat. Chief Keef

After dropping "Bodies on the Ground" last December Fredo Santana returns to 2015 with "Bricks" an autotune-drenched cut. But if autotune isn't your thing and you're not feeling Fredo's movement then peep the awesome cover art above. That's Bobby Hill (from King of the Hill) with Fredo Santana's signature tattoos. New Music: Lil Mouse – “U Mad” Feat. Lil Durk

Chicago's Lil Mouse is prepping the release of his forthcoming Mouse Trap 2 mixtape and to promote the release he has teamed up with fellow Chicago rapper Lil Durk for "U Mad." The two locals have linked up several times in the past so "U Mad" serves as a sort of reunion for the two. Listen to "U Mad" after the jump.
