Recently it seems every week there is some incident with a a player or athlete beating down his spouse, this one is slightly different because of the use of MMA moves.According to reports, The University Of Oregon’s starting running back LaMichael James, is currently LOCKED UP in the county jail for beating on his girlfriend
According to LaMichael’s girlfriend, who is 22, she and dude started arguing outside her apartment complex. The argument turned physical, and that’s when dude used an UNSPECIFIED MMA MANEUVER to bring her to the ground while choking her.

The girl says that during the incident, she did not lose consciousness, but she suffered from minor cuts and scrapes due to the fall

The following morning she called police, who arrested LaMichael, and charged him with menacing, strangulation and assault.
