iHipHop AdminYup that is the whispers in the corridors of Def Jam, LA Reid is thinking of putting Dame in Jay’s seat when Hov’s contract is up at the end of the year. Now that would be an interesting thought…becasue Dame has got to be keen and eager to prove he can resore Def Jam’s credibility.
Damn I may be proven wrong about this if it happens in the future but it couldn’t get any worse or I would hope so for the hip hop/ rap department up there because Jays is an artist when it comes to music nothing taking away from his off the mic ventures but if u not going to promote ur artist besides Nas, jeezy, Kanye, and ur self cut them ghost red and Meth r being quietly sweep under the rug why not just let them go if u not feeling them instead of letting the entertainment industry see them as failures because it’s not there fault although Ghost last album should have been better.
