Donda West Had a Heart Attack ?

      The L.A. County coroner’s report has concluded that Kanye’s mom died of "coronary artery disease and multiple post-operative factors due to or as a consequence of liposuction and mammoplasty."

      Dr. Jan Adams, who operated on West, has denied any wrongdoing.

      West, 58, died Nov. 10 at a Los Angeles-area hospital, a day after her surgery.
