It looks like Funkmaster Flex is the latest Rap celebrity to get shackled up by the law, as he was arrested this morning after he allegedly shoved a woman. A 40 year-old woman in Westchester called the cops to report a domestic violence situation, citing Funk Flex as the culprit.
TMZ reports:
When cops arrived, Flex was nowhere to be found … but the woman insisted he went ballistic on her and left.
Cops managed to locate Flex a short time later — and arrested him on charges of harassment, aggravated harassment and criminal mischief.
Flex was arraigned in Greenburgh Town Court a few hours ago and was released on $500 bail … but he’s been ordered to stay away from his accuser — pending a hearing later this month.
This is not the first time that the Hot 97 deejay has been accused of assaulting a woman. In 2002, Flex was arrested for smacking female radio personality, Steph Lova, of rival radio station Power 105.1. At least after that altercation, Funk threw a large amount of cash at her…literally.
Funk, stick to dropping bombs, not throwing ‘bows at females. On second thought, stop with the sound effects…
