Slum Lords 2 drops tomorrow.
Atlanta rapper – singer, K Camp, has been relatively quiet over the past several months, only releasing a handful of tracks and videos. However, in anticipation of his forthcoming project, Slum Lords 2, the crooner has dropped off a new song and video, “Family Matters”.
In grainy, lo-fi visuals, that seem to have become the go to hip-hop music video aesthetic, K Camp discusses his family trials and tribulations that consistently plague his mind. However, amid these worries, he reflects on his wins, and how his new lifestyle is vastly different than the one he grew up with. His problems might follow him, but at least he’s in a better place—financially and mentally—to cope with them.
