Martin Lawrence Putting In Work

      Martin Lawrence has been getting a lot of attention for his roles in the John Travolta-led flick Wild Hogs and got a few laughs for his voice over work in Open Season but he’s going to keep it moving. Lawrence is currently filming The Better Man, a flick about a single dad and successful talk show host who begins to re-evaluate his life when he returns home to attend parents 50th wedding anniversary in the deep south. Taking place in Louisiana the film is being directed by Malcolm Lee and will hit theatres in 2008.

      Lawrence also announced that seasons two and three of his sitcom “Martin” will drop this month. In addition, Lawrence will also be producing a talent show for Starz called “Martin Lawrence Presents The First Amendment Standup Comedy Show.” Look for it to debut this month.
