A former Bad Boy Records employee has reportedly filed a lawsuit against Diddy for terminating her over age discrimination.
It has been reported by the AP that Fifty-one-year-old Francesca Spero (pic left in pink shirt) filed the age discrimination lawsuit Wednesday in federal court in Manhattan. The lawsuit says the Malverne resident introduced Combs to hip-hop mogul Russell Simmons and Uptown Records after meeting Combs in 1988. It says she worked at Combs’ Bad Boy Entertainment record label as an executive for 12 years before being fired in March. The lawsuit says Spero was fired after having hip surgery and confiding to an executive that she was treated for a drug dependency relapse.
Additional reports claim Bad Boy hired a younger replacement for Spero.
She was eventually replaced by a woman at least 10 years her junior, who she claims ‘lacked the skill set and experience Spero brought to the position’. Spero claims Diddy and his partners owe her $US 12 million in damages for age and disability discrimination. (Big Pond News)
I don’t know if she has a case or not but this is just more proof on how grimey Diddy is. Just last week I did a post about Black Rob Exposing Diddy and now this comes out!
