What started out as a contentious rivalry has simmered to a fruitful working relationship for French Montana and Mr. Swipey, the burgeoning Brooklyn rapper. Their beef originally ignited when Fivio Foreign, another face of the BK Drill movement, accused French for underutilizing Swipey, ostensibly relegating him to back up dancer. However, French extended an olive branch by inviting both Fivio and Swipey on the remix for “That’s A Fact.” Now, Mr. Swipey has returned the favor by tapping French for his new single, “Freca.”
