Notorious B.I.G. Film Follows His Crew Since His Murder

      It’s been 10 years since the murder of the Notorious B.I.G. and countless stories have been made about his life and death. But what about the folks that were around him? In the new film, “Life after Death: The Movie – Ten Years Later”, director April Maiya explores the events following B.I.G.’s death and the deterioration of Junior Mafia and his surrounding entourage.

      Damian ‘D-Roc’ Butler, imprisoned former manager of Lil Kim and Junior Mafia gives access to his entire library of home videos that include vacations with Diddy, in-studio fights, and footage from the Hot 97 shooting that sent Lil Kim and D-Roc to prison. Narrated by The Wire’s Jamie Hector and set to hit shelves this week, the documentary shows another side of B.I.G.’s Brooklyn crew and the undoing of their bond. Check out the trailer to film here:
