Rest easy, Juice.

Juice WRLD’s recent untimely passing shook the music community to its core. A promising young talent, who freestyled as impressively as he blended genres, Juice was an ambassador for hip-hop’s stylistically-fluid new wave; he was a harbinger of an aesthetic shift.

With his innate talent came a prolific style that resulted in thousands of unreleased recordings. It’s recently been reported that Juice’s estate is working on arranging a selection of these songs for a posthumous album.

His first posthumous appearance materialized with his feature on “Godzilla” off Eminem’s surprise album, Music To Be Murdered By. A fan of the craft who modeled his style and approach in the vein of Em and artists like Young Thug, Juice left a wealth of recordings in the wake of his tragic passing.

In a statement, Juice’s family said, “From the bottom of our hearts we want to thank each and every one of you for your undivided adoration and love for Juice … You guys meant the entire world to Juice and by listening to his music, watching his videos and sharing your stories about him, you are keeping his memory alive forever. We plan to honor Juice’s talents, his spirit, and the love he felt for his fans by sharing unreleased music and other projects that he was passionately in the process of developing. There will be a public tribute in Chicago, details will be shared soon.”

We will continue to update details on the posthumous Juice WRLD album as they become available.

Rest easy, Juice.
