While Quavo will forever be indebted to his Migos cohorts for his current superstar status, it was only a matter of time before the de facto group leader decided to spread his wings to take a solo flight. Today marks the initial ascent in that direction as Quavo has come through with his long-anticipated debut solo album, Quavo Huncho.

Coming in at a robust 19-tracks, spanning 66-minutes, Quavo Huncho is engorged with premiere producers to fuel Huncho’s staple energetic flow patterns and on-brand vibes. With names like Tay Keith, Wheezy, Buddha Bless, Quavo himself, among plenty of others supplying the production, Quavo is able to launch into full-flight on his first solo album attempt.

Joining these respected musical names are the eclectic mix of adept featured artists, including: Drake, 21 Savage, Offset, Takeoff, Travis Scott, Lil Baby–oh yeah, and Madonna and Cardi B on the album’s ninth track, “Champagne Rosé”. This caliber of talent, the breadth and depth, signify Quavo’s impact and influence on the industry; it shows how everyone wants to be in on the Quavo business, and business is booming.

Of course, it is with years of working with the Migos brethren that Quavo was able to hone his style and develop the platform to command this quality of supporting artists, but the direction he’s leading is impressive nonetheless, and piques the curiosity of what a fully-solidified Huncho solo career would look like.

Until he goes the way of Beyoncé, check out Quavo Huncho below to see if the 27-year-old artist merits a full solo career:
