With "Correct," "NY Raining" featuring Rita Ora, a 5 Fingers of Death freestyle on Sway, and an in depth interview on Hot 97 it looks like there's no slowing down the return of one Charles Hamilton. And it doesn't appear as though Hamilton wants to slow down as he drops off another new cut. "Headed to the Top" is an exclusive Hamilton sent to Rosenberg and now we're all getting it, how nice! Two days ago we posted a new track entitled "Correct" which marks the return of Hamilton. Now Hamilton is sharing "NY Raining" featuring Rita Ora, a track that is set to appear on the season finale of FOX's Empire. Check it out after the jump.

Charles Hamilton, who showed promised in the mid-2000s, has had some major career setbacks and sadly has never been able to adapt to the ever-changing music industry. However, Hamilton recently signed a record deal with Republic Records and almost immediately began rolling out new music. Hamilton, along with Rita Ora, will debut new music on the hit show Empire.
