The Last Rocket will be, hopefully, dropping November 2nd.

As part of Quality Control’s mission to dominate the latter part of 2018’s release cycle, the pioneering label/management company has announced that their next artist’s project is on the horizon–Takeoff’s solo album will be dropping imminently.

Announced at an exclusive listening party for Quavo’s Quavo Huncho, Billboard reported that Takeoff’s long-awaited solo project will be entitled The Last Rocket, and is slated for a November 2nd release.

Given Takeoff’s quasi enigmatic demeanor and presence, given his low profile relative to Offset and Quavo, it will be interesting to hear what he sounds like in a complete solo capacity–to hear what he can provide while standing on his own two. Often regarded as the Migos’ best lyricists, there’s is a palpable curiosity swelling around this release, and the expectations are high.

A solo release strategy disguised as a savvy marketing tactic, Takeoff’s solo album will be the second of three individual projects from Migos members (Offset’s is expected to come later this year), leading up to their collaborative album, Culture III, scheduled to drop at the top of 2019.

A relatively well-kept secret, Takeoff is poised to finally enjoy his solo big moment with the release of The Last Rocket.
