Here goes another joint off his mixtape Mood Muzik 4: A Turn For the Worst. Can’t lose with a line-up like this. I have to say Styles takes the cake with his verse and also meshes the best on this J. Cardim production.

If you want to support some good east coast underground sh*t, the album from 1982 (Statik Selektah & Termanology) comes highly recommended. When Term gets going with his flow he tears the record up, that’s for sure.  The album is certainly dope, only downside is there’s not much difference in the range of sound from what we’ve come to expect in the past.

This joint is pretty ill, at least we know AZ can still spit. Beat is kind of mediocre, I know Statik has been on his grind lately, but I’d like to hear AZ on something more provoking.

It’s always interesting to see how things pan out after being a XXL Top 10 Freshmen. I think Mickey is an ill dude, and brings a lot of charisma on the record and at live shows, but the bottom line is that his music was always lacking that X factor. Hopefully he finds his way soon and we get to see the light of day for his debut album, The Achievement. Make sure to check out the interview with Mickey.

Pretty dope collab right here from a collective of indie cats that have never been afraid of experimenting with their own type of sound . Cool track overall.

Red Cafe is someone who I always thought could spit and sounds dope, but he kind of flew under the radar mainly due to juggling between record labels and over saturating the mixtape pool and never putting out an official album. We are still waiting for Red October, come on Puff you don’t have the bureaucratic pull anymore in the business? Or maybe they’re steady at work on a classic, who knows? Enjoy this for now.

I fux with Cassidy, but I’m not to sure about this collab JR Reid.  Off his C.A.S.H. album dropping on November 16th.

Ya Boy had a little bit of buzz and hype behind him.  Then Akon signed him, he got comfortable and fell the hell off.  However, he linked up with araabmuzik for this pretty decent cut.
